One thought on “Where Do Super lawyers Come From?”
What can a “superlawyer” do for a 50 year old Ohio man that’s been happily married for almost 27 years that plead no contest to charges of sexual imposition – NOT gross sexual imposition, just sexual imposition; no jail time, no probation, no reporting whereabouts EVER, no probation. This happened 8 years ago to me as I was naive and relying totally on the word of an attorney since I had never been in trouble before, plus I didn’t want to ruin my reputation as an honest business owner (at the time – since bankrupt), plus I especially didn’t want my 2 awesome children to suffer any humiliation by having the newspapers allow me to be judged by the public, and I didn’t need my reputation tarnished at my church. The attorney LIED to me and said he could get it expunged after a year. He wouldn’t even try because he knew that was impossible in the state of Ohio. I attempted myself to get it sealed/expunged after 3 years and was denied.
Any help possible?
